Bubbling Bridget Cocktail

Bubbling Bridget Champagne pour

Who needs a pot of gold when you’ve got a tasty cocktail? Well, actually both would be ideal, but that kind of luck is rare indeed.

This St. Patrick’s Day, celebrate the Emerald Isle with a clever and complex cocktail. This ruby red tipple smooths out the warm bite of Irish whiskey (we recommend Jameson or Redbreast 12-Year-Old) with dry sherry, grenadine, citrus and a healthy splash of champagne. For a festive gathering, serve these with some little snacks, like homemade chips and dip.
